To handle this huge amount we ask you to keep the following in mind. *Whom to Contact*: Choose the appropriate mailing list or contact. Do not post your message to all of our mailing lists, instead try to figure out to whom to send. We know it is not always easy, but please try to. *Which subject*: Choose an expressive subject. The words in the subject are the first ones the reader of your Mail sees (beside your name), so it is essential. *Format*: * Do never send a HTML message. Most of us consider them as spam. You can tag words in this way: /italic/ *bold* _underlined_ * Please wrap your messages at 72 characters, we prefer left-justified text and a blank line after each paragraph. * Do only quote what is really needed, do not send the whole message quoted * please try to avoid huge signatures * Try to fulfil the orthography * avoid these words [1] *Attachments*: Please avoid to send us any attachments, we prefer plain text messages.
